A job title inflator takes your real, ordinary job title and replaces it with an absurdly long, buzzword-stuffed corporate version. A cleaner becomes a "Chief Workspace Purity Officer". A receptionist becomes a "Director of First Impressions & Visitor Experience". Pure corporate poetry.

Inflated titles are often used to make roles sound more impressive without actually changing the salary or responsibilities. They can help with recruitment, boost morale, or simply be a symptom of corporate culture — where titles grow longer with each committee decision until nobody is entirely sure what anyone does.

The Buzzword-o-Meter scores your inflated title from Mildly Stuffy all the way to Completely Unhinged, based on how many corporate buzzwords appear and how many words the title contains. A score of "Completely Unhinged" means you've achieved true corporate peak — congratulations, probably.
